We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to providing high-quality dishes. Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, following recipes, and plating dishes according to restaurant standards. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational and communication skills. As a line cook at phase three brewing company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. your main responsibilities will be preparing food using recipes and menu items created by the head chef and help keep the kitchen running smoothly to prepare our dishes, and assisting the team in ensuring the smooth operation of the brewery's food service. this is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, food knowledge, and the ability to work well in a team. compensation: $20-$22 depending on experience benefits & perks: health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, clothing & dining discounts Requirements: 2+ years of previous kitchen experience Proficient in reading recipes & build sheets The ability to work together as a part of a team Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Responsibilities: Prepare food items according to recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Adhere to safety regulations and standards. Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner. Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, fryers, etc.
